TheHomeMag strives to select only owner-occupied single-family homes of better values, incomes, and buying capacities. In our Jacksonville/Daytona magazine, we mail to a little more than 180,000 homes once monthly, 13 times annually.
Our typical homeowner, the average of all 180,000 homes, is 60 years young with a household

DML Postcards are limited to just one card per mailing address and includes design, qualified home list, printing, and mailing into the mailbox.
PopOut™ Single Sheet
Our PopOut is an extended heavyweight inserted sheet of coated paper arriving in mailboxes inside of TheHomeMag magazine. Our 2-sided, full color, 8.375” x 10.875” full-gloss insert stands out from the magazine by extending above the top and body of the magazine by nearly one half-inch, giving you added space for your immediate message.
